After Happy Hour with friends at Red Star, I met PB to see a show at Chelsea's last night...band was great AND I got a baby blue tee!

THE Hold Steady definitely was holding it down and rocking steady last night. Shades of early Costello with a Tripping Daisy twist; smartypants lyrics and a blistering guitar solo with accordian sidekick. I am sure Natalie would have dug it.
Even if you have to smoke outside.
