There are four types of people in my world:
1. Those who do not read my blog.
2. Those who read my blog and don't comment (this group seems to increase in number daily).
3. Those who read my blog and comment.
4. Those who read my blog and do something WONDERFUL with it.
I spent the better part of my morning finishing the shipping project with Jonathan from the UPS store. He met me at my office, we loaded his truck, went back to his store, packed boxes, labeled them, packed his truck again, drove to one of my stores and unloaded. He emailed me an invoice so I could have AP cut a check today. When I stopped by this afternoon to deliver the check, Jonathan told me he was just contacted by someone in his corporate office...my blog had been forwarded to them. I am glad to know the "higher ups" were made aware of his kindness and willingness to help. If it is a regular reader, thank you! I was going to write a hand-written note to both him and the corporate office, but renforecement via internets is always nice too.
