Although I think Valentine's Day is too commercial a holiday, I do think it is nice there is a specific day devoted to all things love. If you are in a relationship, chances are you are not just telling someone you love them on Valentine's Day but more like everyday or many times a day. Therefore, I think making a big deal of one day is kind of silly. Chris will be working until 10:00 tonight and I will work until probably about 8:00 so our Valentine's Day may just be to meet up for a post-work drink somewhere or watch a movie together when he gets home. I did buy a card for him and may get a little something more...can't decide. He knows he is special and there isn't a gift I can give to him that would show that.
